I have spent fourteen years reading companies and the numbers behind them. At Genpact, as a Senior Manager, I prepared investment pitch books and company analysis for a private equity client. At Ernst & Young, as an Advanced Analyst, I built financial models and worked on due diligence. I started my career as an Assistant Manager at State Bank of India.

I hold a B.Com and an MBA in Finance, and I am registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst.

Why this site

Most IPO coverage arrives as a verdict: subscribe or avoid, with a grey market number attached. The offer document behind it runs to hundreds of pages and rarely gets read. This site does the reading. Each IPO is put through the same checklist: what the company does, where the money from the issue goes, how the business has grown and earned, how the price compares with listed peers, and what the RHP itself lists as risks.

The aim is that you can look at any IPO in a few minutes, compare it with the others in the same week, and decide which ones deserve your own closer look.

What you will not find here

• Tips, buy or sell calls, or target prices.
• Grey market premium figures, which are unregulated and often unreliable.
• Promises of listing gains or returns.
