Privacy policy
What this site collects, why, and how to have it removed. Last updated 13 October 2026.
This policy covers financewithvishaltrehan.com, run by Vishal Trehan, SEBI Registered Research Analyst (INH000016816). It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What is collected
- Digest signups: your name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your WhatsApp number, along with the time of signup, the consent text you agreed to and the page you signed up from.
- Emails you send: whatever you include when you write in.
- Technical data: the hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and performance. Web fonts load from Google Fonts, and IPO data loads from Google Sheets, so those services see your IP address when a page loads.
This site does not collect payment details, PAN, bank or demat account information.
How it is used
- To send the weekly IPO digest you asked for, by email and, if you gave a number, on WhatsApp.
- To reply to your messages and handle grievances.
Your details are not sold or rented to anyone, and are not used for any other marketing without fresh consent.
Where it is stored
Signups are saved in a private Google Sheet and in Brevo, the email service used to send the digest. The site is hosted with Hostinger. These providers process data on my behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
How long it is kept
Signup details are kept while you remain subscribed, and deleted within 30 days of you unsubscribing or asking for deletion, except where a law requires a record to be kept longer.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the digest using the link in any email.
- Ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, by writing to vishaltrehan_ra_inh000016816@outlook.com. Requests are handled within 30 days.
